The apartment includes a full bathroom, a functional kitchen, and a welcoming living space, making it a practical and convenient option for couples, small families, or groups seeking a comfortable stay.

Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and approved by the owner. If approved, the fee is $25 per hour, subject to availability -- no exceptions. The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Valid ID may be required at check-in.

A comprehensive welcome packet with important information and local details will be provided for guests. A key fob to access property doors and a parking decal will be provided to use during your stay. Please ensure both the key fob and decal are left in the unit upon check-out. A $200 fee will be charged if they are missing. There are QR codes around the property to pay for parking at a rate of $6/day. There are free parking spaces that also fill up quickly, but are on the perimeter of the building. Parking at the shopping plaza adjacent is also free of charge, but there is no overnight parking in spots designated as "retail parking."
